We are currently working on our exciting new butchery and as a result are very low on our meat produce. We are hoping to be back up and running soon and we will update both on our website and our Facebook page when we are. We are currently not making our pork pies or sausage rolls until this is complete. Thank you for you patience and custom..
At Little Morton Farm our aim is for our produce to be the best it can be. We believe that food should taste great and be produced as ethically and responsibly as possible. We adopt a Traditional approach working with nature and the seasons.
Our approach is to batch butcher and freeze our produce working with the seasons and helping to reduce food waste.
This means we don't always have everything available. We do butcher regularly and if you would like to place an order would like something fresh then please get in touch, we will be happy to help.
We were pleased to be featured on the latest series of the hairy bikers 'Hairy Bikers Go North' which was filmed in Autumn 2020 and aired in November 2021. This was a great experience which we are very proud of.
We were really proud to be a finalist in the Love Chesterfield Awards 2022 catergory for 'Best Food Producer' after showcasing a selection of our produce including sausage and pork pie to the judges.
All of our produce is available to purchase from our shop at Little Morton Farm which is open Wednesday - Saturday 9.30 - 5.00.
Free Range Eggs
Delicious home produced 'organic fed' free range eggs from our small flock of Marans, Legbars and Leghorns. They produce a delightful array of coloured eggs which taste as good as they look. Little Morton Farm is a registered producer and packer of eggs.
Home Made Pies
At Little Morton Farm we make and bake our own range of pies, traditional pork pies, steak pies and sausage rolls are made every week with Friday being pie day.
Hogget Lamb
Our home reared lamb comes in a range of cuts and is available to order as a half lamb or full lamb pack or as individual cuts in the farm shop. We offer our lamb seasonally and prefer to butcher when they are over a year old as hoggets. This gives a better flavour and texture. We regularly get fantastic feedback from our customers about our lamb.
Free Range Poultry
We offer traditional slow grown free range chickens and seasonal poultry for Christmas
